Hey Reetika,
The average Cutoff for  this year to get a government college for medical and dental courses is about 490+, and if you belongs to reserved category you must have scored 450+.
With 407 marks In NEET, it is difficult for you to get a government college for BAMS. You can try for a good Private medical college with these marks.
You can also try to either switch to some other medical courses or drop for one more year to get your desired college.
You can still try our website's College Predictor using your neet marks to predict the colleges you can get with your marks.. Link is given below :

Good Luck!

Hello Princy,

The admission into the BAMS course is done through the results of NEET exam 2019.

The cut-off for this year has not been declared yet by the colleges but a rough estimate can be made vased on previous years' cut-off trends.

You haven't mentioned your category so I'm assuming you belong to the general category.

With 204 marks it is almost surely not possible for you to get a government college for BAMS if your are general category student.

If you see the previous year 2018 cut-off data, you will find that the cut-off marks for general category students is around 420 marks so you should have scored above it.

You can try for private colleges for BAMS course where tou might have chances or tiu can try giving donations.

Hello Moosi,

I am sorry to say but you have no chances in BDS as to secure a seat one should have a score of above 400.Also to get admitted in BAMS one should have a minimum score of above 300.I would suggest you to sit for the counseling process and apply in all the AYUSH courses.

All the best for your future.Hope I have resolved your query.

Hello...

Nope. There is no need to do complete study in assam only to get benefit of state quota.

College needs only domicile of assam for state quota verification. If you have your own home (parents)in assam that means if your parents have voter ID card of assam then you are eligible for state quota.

Only you have to make domicile of assam from nearby block.

For further queries feel free to comment.

Dear aspirant, it is little difficult to get admission in government college with this score, well it also depends on your category as well but still a reserved category candidate at least have to score around 350+to expect admission in government medical College for BAMS or BHMS. But yes, you can look forward to take admission in private colleges.
Best regards,
Thank you.

Hello Preeti,
Anything could not be said about what colleges you can get on the basis of your score in NEET, you should know that it would be too early to predict anything. The cut off trends tend to change every year and same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given score, you have a good chance to get into a good college. If you want a decent level college you should have achieved a score of 500+. But you can try the college predictor for further information about colleges:
