Your NEET marks are so less, that you have not even cleared the Cut-Off criteria for NEET, this means you have not passed NEET exam.
Minimum Cut-Off for different categories :
You cannot get any BAMS college from your NEET marks, but you can try in a private college.
But I will suggest you to prepare your best for NEET 2020, and earn good marks to get a good BAMS college under NEET Cut-Off.

- Unreserved (UR) - 701-134
- Unreserved Physically Handicapped (UR-PH) - 133-120
- Scheduled Caste (SC)- 133-107
- Scheduled Tribe (ST)- 133-107
- Other Backward Classes (OBC)- 133-107
You cannot get any BAMS college from your NEET marks, but you can try in a private college.
But I will suggest you to prepare your best for NEET 2020, and earn good marks to get a good BAMS college under NEET Cut-Off.

It is not possible to pursue both BSC and Bams together at the same time. Firstly for admission in any one course you need to submit your original marks sheet of class 12 and original transfer certificate . It is not possible to give original copies of documents to two different colleges. You can choose one anong them.

You have secured great rank. There is no specific cut off for the courses BHMS\BAMS.
The seat allocation differs from college to college. But the general process is -
Students have to apply for the required colleges and in the counselling rounds according to merit seats are allocated. Hence colleges don't validate their specific cut off.
You can check the websites of colleges required while applying to know any further information.
But if you have a NEET score then there are chances to predict using NEET rank before hand.

If you belong to general category, then it becomes difficult to get government BAMS college or any other government aided medical college with this score.
Since the merit list is quiet high this year, and the chances are low for the general category students with marks lower than 400 to secure a government seat in any of the medical courses.
Though if you belong to SC/ST/OBC categories, then you can think of getting into some colleges with 266 score. But then also chances are not high.
