There might be some chance if your score is above 300. This year we can expect a rise in this score too. Just by getting qualified, it can not be said with 100% authority that you will get a college. Wait for the counselling to begin and see what they put forward. Don't lose heart. Hope for the Best.

Now a days, BAMS is one such course in demand after MBBS and BDS . After few alterations, students aspire to be an ayurvedic doctor that has increased the competition. So if you see, or observe during counselling a student who has scored upto 450 comes in this line. 

And as your score is 442 you have a major possibility of getting a seat in BAMS.

298 is really less for a good government college this year. I don't want to break your heart but it is impossible to get mbbs with this score. Even bams cut off are expected to rise seeing today's results. Private college may grant you admission but then again you may not get very good college. So if you are looking for a good college, I will suggest you to start studying again and try to score better than this. This might be heart breaking right now but you can do it. Just keep your spirits high.

Frankly, 145 is a very less score for any government college. Even for a good BAMS college you must have a higher score than this. I know this sounds disheartening but it's true. The marks that students have scored have made a big difference. I will suggest you to start studying again and try to score higher marks. You will definitely get a good college then. Keep calm and then reach to a conclusion.
