Hi Mudavath! As per the previous year result of the NEET the cutoff score for ST was 96. But 277 is also quite low marks to get admission in mbbs or bams.Getting govt. college and private college of mbbs or bams is very difficult through ST quota.

For BAMS,requirement of marks are as follows-

1)440+for govt.college

2) 400+ for semi govt.college

3) 350+ for private college

For MBBS the cutoff marks differ in every state as this year in Maharastra cutoff marks for MBBS is 472, but in telangana, odisha it is more than 510.

You have to score more to get asmission in MBBS or BAMS. Feel free to ask any doubt.

Hope it helps!

Thanks

Hello,

You may have chance for admission to private colleges. Since, its the first time BAMS and BHMS are added to NEET so it would depend on the cutoff of colleges.

Good Luck!

Based on this score in NEET 2018 the chances are less to get a seat for BAMS, BHMS programme in the Government colleges. You might have the chance for the private colleges.

Good Luck!

With this score the chances seems to be less to get a seat in Government college for BAMS Programme, You can try for the private colleges.

Good Luck!

In order to get admission in BAMS you require at least 400 but it actually depends upon the overall result and then its average. But to be safe you need at least 400 and preferably more. There's a chance that you'll get a seat in BAMS with this score.

Hello, for BHMS or BAMS under Neet, a acore of of 420 plus is a must according to previous year cut-offs under general category.

Hi,

Honestly,235 is a less score. You might clear the minimum cut off easily. But for BAMS, qualifying neet is mandatory. Whether you will qualify neet or not, that can be only said post result declaration. Some bams colleges might give you admission but then again the question is getting good rank. Nicer the rank better the college. For now wait for the results and let's see what happens.

Good luck!

Hi,

For BAMS, one must qualify Neet and then you become eligible for applying admission in different colleges. 265 can make you cross the minimum cut off only if they don't make any drastic changes in the cut off this year. For now wait for the results but keep your studies going.

Good luck!

Hi
You have scored decent marks but I would like to ask you to kindly mention your state and category so that we can help you on a more clear basis as with just marks it's not possible to predict. Talking of that cutoff of every state is different as it depends on many criterias like number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.

Hi anupama

I am sorry to say but 300 is not sufficient. As the last year qualifying marks for BAMS was in between 400 to 500. And in Bihar, competition is more. But still, I think that there is no chance for getting a seat in BAMS with your score. But you can try for a private college. Hope you get a seat there.

Good luck
