Well this is a very less score. I don't think this score can fetch you a seat in government college for BAMS. But now when you are having a category may be you have a bit chance but still i am not so sure about it. As cutoff varies varies every year and it is gonna be tough this year.

Look girl it all depends on the cutoff as in the difficulty level of paper , number of aspirants etc. With this score you gave a chance to get BHMS. Moreover it is very hard to guess about the minimum marks for getting a BHMS seat. However 350+ marks in NEET ug exam is better to be on safe side.

Admission to BAMS is based on marks in NEET exam.
Cutoff is based on No. Of factors.
Type of College - There are 3 types of Colleges for BAMS
1) Government - Cutoff of GOVERNMENT COLLEGES range in 420+ for General Candidates and 400+ for OBC.Fees is lowest in range of 20000
2) Semi - Government - Cutoff for this type of Colleges are somewhat lower and fees is higher than government in range of 40-50000. Its Cutoff is 400+ for General Candidate and 360+ for OBC.
3) Private - Now this is the most variable type of cutoff. As Colleges with low fee tend to have higher Cutoff and high fee college has low cutoff. Fees is in range of 13 lakh per year. Cutoff is in range of 300+ for General and 280+ for OBC.
You can also get for lower marks with donation or some management quota or Vacancy quota.
Now as question is about government colleges it depends upon reservation and marks obtained in NEET.
For good Government colleges the cutoff is as high as 480+ while Normal government colleges have cutoff in the range of 450+ for General candidates.

Neet is the only examination that is counducted to get admission in MBBS ,BDS,Bams,BHMS.
As you have mentioned that you need to get admitted either in MBBS or bams ,you need to appear for NEET examination and get good rank . Once results are declared , counselling will be conducted by respective state board . As you have not mentioned your state , it is not possible to tell exact dates of counselling .

You have got a score which is only good for private medical or dental colleges. You have a NEET UG rank within 180187 - 182687. You may pursue your dream of getting a seat in either MBBS in Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Medical College - Aurangabad or BDS in Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences University - Satara. This is when former closing rank remain unchanged. But cut off changes for candidates appearing, seat matrix.

Any candidate having marks more than 420 is eligible for a government BAMS college. Also for obc category you would be needing 400+ marks.
If you are looking for a semi government college you would be needing 360+ marks and if for a private college you would want 280+ marks.

wth 120 marks in neet 2019 and from sc category there is slight chance for you to get BAMS government college!!
However these are based on previous years cutoffs and analysis.
