Once you are alloted a seat in the second round, then you have two options- Exit with forfeit: where you do not take admission and agree to leave the seat loosing the security deposit. But once selected the seat, any individual can not resign or surrender the seat selected.

There will be separate exam for BAMS,BHMS,BUMS seats. NEET UG is the entrance exam conducted for admissions to MBBS and BDS seats in various medical colleges of india. 
Entrance exam for BAMS BHMS seats will be done by the individual states.

Well the marks that you have scored is nice to get a seat for BAMS in the state of Maharashtra. 

BAMS have low cut off after medical and dental and your score is nice to get a seat for the same. It is high chances for you to get a seat.

Generally there is no difference or compensation provided for SC students for St students for or donation fees in private colleges in the country.

There are many private colleges in the country which provide direct admission BAMS course. 

Although you have not mentioned any college specifically thus I cannot tell you exactly about the college that you are talking about but I don't think that there is any special compensation for privileged students like SC ST in the donation fees.
