Dear aspirant,
MD in Ayurveda is a 3-year, full-time post-graduate course divided into 6 semesters. Ayurveda or Ayurvedic science deals with the study of health care covering the broad areas of good lifestyle & wellness. Ayurveda, besides being a medical science, is the ‘Science of life’. The job of an Ayurvedic professional is challenging, keeping in view the wide range of incurable diseases newly emerging, and the failure of other systems of medicine, such as Allopathy, to address them.
Procedure for admission starts by counselling after qualification of entrance examination.
All the best.
Yes sure. You can get a seat in BAMS course easily with this marks but the only thing is you won't get any government college if you are from general category. You need to opt for private colleges. You can also try for BHMS BPT if you have interest in those courses.
Best wishes.
Thank you.
Hi Jadhav,
Getting BAMS at 156 might not be possible because even for ST students the cut off goes around 250+ for government ayurvedic medicine admission. You can opt for private colleges where you might get a seat but there is no guarantee because your marks are very low.
I hope this information helps.
All the best.

Dear Bhumika, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, 497 marks under General Category secured a MBBS seat in Vikhe Patil Medical College. So with 400 marks you can get a seat in BAMS. You might as well have a chance at BDS in a Government Dental College.
