Dear Manoj, you havent mentioned the State ypu hold domicile of. Neverthless, this year the cut offs have gone way higher and to be honest, even with reservation, 340 marks are too less for a seat in MBBS both in All India and State Counsellings. But you might have a chance at Government BAMS college of your State Counselling.

Hi Farooq,
291 marks are very little for a general category candidate to get admission even in private BAMS colleges. Also, this year has seen unexpected rise in cutoffs as compared to previous year's cutoffs. So that makes the situation even worse. Going as per trends it is evident that this score will not be able to fetch even private BAMS college without reservation being implemented. You can try management seats or try next year.

Hey,
The cutoff is subjected to variations every year depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination, the difficulty level of question paper and the reservation category of the candidates. This year the cutoff of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test(NEET) has gone too high.
At 191 marks you are not likely to get BAMS even if you belong to any reserved category.
I am providing below the link of NEET College Predictor that will help you know about your chances in any Medical College in a more specific manner:

Hope this helps.
Good luck.

Hello,

You have less chances of getting governemnt bams college in Karnataka at all india

Dear Ravi,  you havent mentioned the State you hold domicile of.  Neverthless, your score is too less for a seat in BAMS. At 124, you havent qualified un NEET. And it is mabdatory to qualify in NEET for admission in BAMS. Unfortunately that is a very less score even for BAMS.

Hello,

As you have mentioned that your neet score is 221 marks which indeed is somewhat less, and your AIR is 412795 which is also too high... Though you fall under sc category and your category rank is 3603.. See, honestly speaking your ranks are too high and your marks are too less get BHMS course in Maharashtra or outside Maharashtra.. See, if you might have scored 340+ marks, then you migh be capable of fetching a seat in some government colleges..

Don't loose hope!!! You can hit a chance and try of some private medical colleges....

I hope this would help you. For further queries please feel free to write me down in the comment box.

You havent mentioned which Category you belong to. Neverthless, 432 seems a decent score if you belong to Reserved Categories. Even if you belong to General Category, you might have a chance. You can even give it a try in Tamilnadu MBBS/BDS mop up round because more than 150 seats have been transferred from Central Pool to Tamilnadu State Counselling as they have been either vacant or unfilled. Last year 432 marks secured a MBBS seat. Having said that cut offs change every year. You might as well give it a try.

Hello,

As you have mentioned that your score is 432 marks which indeed is somewhat less to get the BAMS course in any of the government medical colleges.. But you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, let me tell you that if you fall under Unreserved category, then ots cutoff for BAMS goes near about 500+ this year.. Moreover, if you fall under the reserved category, then also you won't get a government seat, because the cutoff for reserved category candidates goes near about 480+ marks this year.... See, its almost impossible to get a seat with these marks for BAMS course because its cutoff goes somewhat high.... You won't even get a seat under home state quota seats with these marks..

But if you have ews reservation then you hold some decent chances to get a seat for BAMS course.. Because 10% seats are reserved for the ews reservation candidates...

Wish you all the best!!!!!

I hope this would help you. For further queries please feel free to write me down in the comment box.

Hello Neha,

You have a less chance in government ayush college but good chances in private colleges.

You can choose among private ayush colleges.

Hope this will help you.

Good luck

Doesn't look possible this year as the competition in Maharashtra has went way high then expected. Every course cutoff has increased by almost 60-65 marks then the previous year cutoff since the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was found easy comparatively. So you may try for private BAMS colleges itself.

Best wishes.

Thank you.
