Hey Pankaj! Uttarakhand Ayurvedic University organizes counselling to offer BAMS, BUMS, and BHMS in Government and private colleges in Uttarakhand. Till now no proper date has been announced but the registration is to be held in August month. So visit the official website on a regular basis to get updated about the notifications.

Your friend's score is very less to enable him to get admission in any govt BAMS  college even if he belongs to SC category. As for government BAMS colleges, for an SC candidate to secure a seat, minimum score should be approximately 280 marks. So a score of 170 is less for securing a seat in government BAMS colleges. You can try getting seats under management quota as there is no other option left for him to exercise.

With your marks getting a ayurvedic medical college might not be possible becuase the cut off for the same and for general category students go around 450+ because of which you might not get a seat.

With your marks you can opt for some private colleges where you can have a chance. Fee structure of private ayurvedic medical colleges are usually lower than the medical and dental college fees.

Hello Puru , There is no need to make new Domicile to get addmission for BAMS. Domicile is a certificate , which is not required to renew.
