Hello,
Following are some of the best bams colleges in india for which you look for.
Institute of Medical Sciences - [IMS], varanasi ,uttar pradesh.
BabaFarid University of Health Sciences - [BFUHS],faridkot, punjab
Maharashtra University of Health Sciences - [MUHS],nashik , maharashtra
Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences - [RGUHS],banglore, karnataka
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University - [GGSIPU],new delhi
Banaras Hindu University - [BHU], varanasi ,uttar pradesh.
Apart from mentioning these colleges i would like to tell you that no specifications prediction can be put forward regarding cutoffs. Cutoofs are going higher than the previous year this time.
But still i do believe being an obc candidate and with such marks you hold a fair chance of getting a good government bams college even through all india quota.
For information about some more good bams colleges you can refer to the link given below.

Hello Sweta !!

If you belong to general category for which the NEET qualifying cut off was 134, you have not even qualified NEET to be eligible for couselling.

Now if you belong to any other reserved caste , then you have just got a few marks more than the qualifying marks .

Therefore, is a low score with which you can not get admission in any AYUSH course.

Maybe you will get some private college(chances are negligible), but the fees will be very high,it is my advise to take a drop and score well next time .

All the best.

Hope this helps..

Hi shalini,

You have scored good  and you have was quota then you can have a bams or bhms seat through your state quota but you can't get it through all India quota because  for that you need to score more marks.

Generally the marks required for bams or bhms through all India quota remains 450+.

You should try in your state there you can get a government bams or bhms seat.

For any other Information you can ask us.

hey shivani ,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even the students getting 500 were worried about their colleges. So dear with this score you wont get any govt. college buy yes yo will get a private college for bams through management seat or donation for sure.

Dear Candidate

See as per your Marks-303 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.

You cannot get into any medical college with this mark.

There is very less probability of getting a bams seat.

At this stage, I will suggest you must use this link to get a fair idea about the colleges both Private and Government you can get as per the score you have received and then plan accordingly.

Hello Divyani,
It's almost impossible to get admission in BAMS because in OBC category, you must have 280+ marks according to last year cutoff. As this year paper was little bit easy so there may be chance that cutoff may increase.
I advised you to go for another options.
Hope this will help you.
Good luck

Hey Reshmi

Both The Courses Are Great Choices And Both Have Higher Scope Comparitive To Each Other. Of course BAMS a good course, and there are so much career optionsavailable. ... After BAMS you can job as a medical officer by pass exam, find job at privet hospital , start your own clinic. Now a day ayurveda on demand in foreign countries . If you have goodknowledge of ayurveda you will earn more than mbbs doctor. So In The End Both Have Alot Of Scope, So Go With Your Interest.

 I Hope It Helps

Good Luck

No i suppose doctors only holding MBBS or equivalent degree in allopathy are only allowed in the armed forces.

Hello,
It would had been better if you had mentioned your domicile.Admission in the government colleges will be given on the basis of 85% State Quota seats reserved for the candidates of the particular state.
Based upon the marks you have scored you have less chances of admission in the government colleges, though you have the reservation of SC category.Better chances are there for the private colleges. The cutoffs for this year have been quite high.
