Chanakya University B.A Admissions 2025
ApplyScholarships available | Collaboration with Samkalp IAS, Delhi
Dear candidate,
Since the BAMS quota cut off goes around 350 marks in general category and 330 marks in one category. These are the cut off based on previous years but it depends upon the number of students applied for the course and changes every year.
You have less chances of getting a government BAMS college but be positive. You would definately get into a private one.
ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR COUNSELLING!
Hi Aspirant
Your question seems to be a little ambiguous and I cannot seem to comprehend what information you are exactly trying to look for.
You have not specified any particular state. Without knowing the particular state answering this question is impossible.
Mention these details in the comments section below and I will try to help you out.
In order to get the Ayurvedic course, the candidate must have cleared the class 12 with atleast 50% aggregate marks in the PCB and then the candidate will be able to apeear for the NEET exam. The admissions in the ayurvedic course will be based on the entrance exam only and apeearing for the entrance test you must have to clear your class 12 otherwise you cannot opt for the BAMS. Now the admissions in the BAMS courses will be merit based as you need to register for the course online and then the merit list will be prepared based on your marks and you will be allotted the seat. Here you have not cleared the NEET exam then the difficultied would be more for the admissions but in ayurvedic course in certain institutes you can get the admission even if you have not cleared the NEET exam but for that you need to go for the counselling process onlinr and then you will be able to know whether you can get the seat or not.
Dear aspirant,
Since you remarks are bit very good and just above the qualifying marks according to me you cannot get a government medical college.Even for BAMS Hassan has around 100 seats and other mentioned has 75 but the other being a private bams college,There is not echnae of getting in that college.
Although you may apply for management quota where you would have lots of chances.

Hello
Admission to the AYUSH courses is done on the basis of marks in the NEET examination. The cutoff for admission to the AYUSH courses is declared on the official website of the counseling conducting authority of the state.
You wish to take admission in which state?
Hi Vaishnavi,
With that marks you might not get a seat. To get a seat cut off need to be around 450+ for general category students, 380+ for OBC category students, 350+ and 280+ for other categories.
This year a hike can be seen because of easy paper this year.
Hence, you might not get a government seat in BAMS college.
I hope this information helps.
All the best.
