Well,

As far as the trend is concerned, BAMS is one of the most sought out subjects that is being taken by students after MBBS and BDS. The cut off may be high and the possibility of you getting a seat in BAMS will depend on your category as well. Low category students get a seat more easily as the cut off is low and the same goes for all other students.

I hope this information helps.

All the best

Hello Krishna,

Based on the marks and ranks you have obtained, and the category you belong to I am very sry to tell you that you might have a less chances to get a government college. But don't lose your hope and keep trying through various counselling rounds. On the other hand start applying for the private institutes also for the safe side.

Good luck!

Dear Sam, Directorate of Medical Education and Research has postponed Maharashtra MBBS counselling due to Supreme Court's order. The Seat allotment will be postponed until further notice. At this point in time, there is no updated information about this. Please keep an eye on the official website for updated information.

Dear Alina, your score purely depends on your Category, the College you plan on joining and the State you belong to. Cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now since 2018, the general Cut offs increased by 15 marks but the cut offs for individual colleges increased by 50-75 marks. In UP 506 marks couldnt get a BAMS seat in Round 1. And with 371, in Karnataka, a seat in a Private Medical College was offered. So it depends a lot on the State you belong to and your Category. Now the fees structure is revised almost once in 2-3 years. So we have to wait to hear about 2020 fees structure.

Hi,

Since mop up round is over, all the seats have been reverted back to state counselling. So now you cannot get admission via all India quota. If any vacancy is left in bvvs college for BAMS course, you need to participate in now Karnataka AYUSH  counselling and try your luck.

I hope this helps.

I hope this helps.

All the best.
