The admission into any bams colleges are always based on neet score.To get into government bams colleges the cutoff for General category is 480 and 450 for obc category and 420 for sc and st.Having said that the trends change every year based on question difficulty, number of students appeared etc .

Hello student yes you can appear in neet the only thing is that you have to prepare fr it which is a tough job. Eligibility criteria for neet is
NEET Eligibility Criteria will be prescribed by the Medical Council of India (MCI). Candidates who have completed their schooling through open and distance mode are now allowed to appear for NEET. Moreover, candidates who have not studied Biology as a regular subject in 10+2 will also be eligible to apply for the medical exam.

Let me tell you that incase if you wish to pursue MBBS course,here also you have chances of admission in the private colleges apart from the government colleges.
