In as the cutoff has increased this year so in AIQ you have less chances of getting government BAMS colleges. You have decent score you can go for private medical colleges you may get a seat there. Also getting a college totally depends on you state I am giving you link to neet cutoff

In order to get a good government college for BAMS and BUMS you have to score between 475-525approximately. You can also get a private colleges if marks are in range of 350-375. It varies categorywise also. It will be much better if you tell us about your category too.

I am sorry to say but your chances of getting a seat in a govt college is almost negligible.One should have a minimum score of above 300  to get a seat in BAMS.Though I would suggest you to apply for all the AYUSH courses as the cut off varies every year.

There is no criteria for the ayurvedic admissions like medical and dental courses. You have to apply online thorugh the website and then the choices are filled and the merit list will be prepared for the candidates according to the marks obtained. Also with the low marks you cannot expact some good colleges and you have to go for the paid private colleges in your state. Hey there, you have scored 105 marks in NEET  and you also belong to VJNT Caste. Sorry to say your marks are quite low for taking admission even in good BAMS College as cutoffs are very high this year.
