The college has a local doctor is available during college hours. However, a full-fledged first aid center with a dedicated assistant is functioning on the campus to attend to the needy. The college has also made arrangements with doctors to attend emergency cases at all times.

The college has a new era of excellence in education was heralded with the establishment of R K College of Engineering in the year 2008. The objective of the college is to promote and develop technical education and to provide training to its students as per the latest market/industry trends/skills and prepare them to face the challenges ahead. To support the goals and objectives of the college the RKCE LIBRARY was started in the same year i.e. 2008. The centralized library followed an open-access system right from its inception. It provides study and research facilities to the students, research scholars, and faculty members of the college. COLLECTION: The present collection of the library is 5083 books with over 1285 titles it also has a collection of over 150 CDs and Audio-visual lessons.

The college has Sports and Games that are exciting and essential components for overall development and has created an elaborate infrastructure for them. An open-air gallery with a seating capacity of over 2000 spectators has been constructed as a student recreation center. This stadium lies prominently in the center of the institution. It houses a spacious indoor stadium for Table Tennis and a canteen under its very structure. All these physical activities are expected to promote feelings of unity, oneness, integration, team spirit, and sportsmanship. The students are encouraged to participate in inter-collegiate and inter-university competitions. The college will develop basketball courts, volleyball courts, and Throw Ball courts shortly.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. The college is having 48 MBPS dedicated Internet bandwidth to provide Internet facilities to all the students and staff members.

The College has a spacious canteen with the latest equipment and a hygienic environment which provides quality food and prompt service and caters to the needs of all the students and the staff. A central cafeteria of 500 Sq.m. is available on the campus. Mini cafes and fast-food centers are available. The canteen is open from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. There is a wide variety of South-Indian cuisine and the students enjoy the pleasure of eating during the breaks. Cool aqua water for drinking is available.

The college has an open-air auditorium, with a seating capacity of 2500 for conducting various cultural activities throughout the year.

The college is located just 25 km from the heart of the Andhra Pradesh capital city VIJAYAWADA (AMARAVATHI) on National Highway – 9 facing the highway. Like its quality infrastructure, the location has been chosen to provide the best conveyance and to avoid city congestion for the students. College transportation shall be provided to students with well-trained and experienced drivers. RKCE probably is the only such college, where transport is provided to the students on a no-profit-no-loss basis. For us transport is not a business, only the comfort and safety of the students matter the most to us.
