The below-mentioned 28 courses offered by RKSD PG College are open to students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Courses are offered in full-time, evening shifts, and self-financed mode. Degree wise Admission Process
B.A. and B.A. Evening: In these popular degrees, there might be a wide range of subjects offered in humanities and social sciences. Admission is usually based on the marks obtained in the 10+2 examination.
B.Com, B.Com Evening, B.Com Hons Evening, B.Com Insurance Evening, and B.Com Taxation Evening: The respective programs cover varied branches of commerce. Generally, admission is based on the results of the 10+2 examination with preference given for the study of commerce or relevant subjects.
B.Sc. Programs (Medical, Non-Medical, Electronics, and Computer Science): There are required subjects concerning admission in the area of science as related to the 10+2 level. The basis of admission is usually on the marks obtained in relevant science subjects.
BBA and BCA: These types of professional courses may have a separate admission process which may include entrance tests or interviews along with 10+2 results.
B.Voc Programs (Banking Self Finance, Financial Services and Insurance Self Finance): These vocational programs have a special touch towards the skills relevant to an industry. However, the information on the admissions varies, and the interested candidates may contact the college for pre-requisites for consideration.
M.A. Programs (English, Hindi, Political Science, Economics Evening): Generally, postgraduate programs in the arts have the requirement of a relevant bachelor's degree for entry. Admission may be on the basis of graduation marks or through an entrance exam.
M.Com and M.Com Evening Shift: Both require a B.Com or equivalent degree. Admission is usually based on the graduation marks.
M.Sc Mathematics and M.Sc Mathematics Self Finance: A B.Sc in Mathematics or in an allied area makes up the candidate eligibility. Admission may also be based on graduation marks or an entrance test.
PGDCA Evening Shift: An eligibility criterion may exist in terms of the profile of candidates with respect to their undergraduate in computer applications or allied fields for admission into this postgraduate diploma program.
I studied here bachelor of commerce and the quality of teaching offered here was quite decent and the teachers were also supportive but sometimes they kind of were helpful in any of our activities. The curriculum was up to date and it included all the recent developments in the field.
