RS Memorial College of Education, Panipat, Haryana, was established in the year 2007 as a leading teacher training institute. The co-educational college sprawled over 3 acres is an affiliated college approved by NCTE and accredited by NAAC. The institute offers a wide and varied range of courses of 5 types in 4 degrees pertaining to almost all fields of education. With a student enrolment of 290 and a faculty strength of 41, RS Memorial College of Education ensures a good environment for the aspiring educators.

The admission process is based on merit, thus reflecting the very motto of RS Memorial College of Education. Students are admitted to the B.Ed. program purely on the basis of merit. While in the case of a D.Ed. program, marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or the Entrance Examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State Government or UT Administration will be considered. B.El.Ed. Integrated Course: Admission shall be based on merit, taking marks from the qualifying examination, entrance examination, or any other selection process as prescribed by the state government/UT Administration/University.
