48 MonthsBachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by RVR and JC College of Engineering, Guntur recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur.
A candidate seeking admission into First Year of B. Tech. Degree Course should have passed either Intermediate examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education of Andhra Pradesh with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects or any equivalent examination recognized by the Nagarjuna University or Diploma in Engineering in the relevant branch conducted by the Board of Technical Education of Andhra Pradesh or equivalent Diploma recognized by Nagarjuna University. The selection is based on the rank secured by the candidate in the EAMCET / ECET (FDH) examination conducted by A.P. State Council of Higher Education.
The candidate shall also satisfy any other eligibility requirements stipulated by the Nagarjuna University and/or the Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time.
The students are admitted into the four-year undergraduate programs in two categories. The first category, Category-A seats constitute 70% of the total seats in the college. The Category-A seats are filled through Convener, EAMCET, Andhra Pradesh. The second category, Category-B seats constitute 30% of the total available seats. The Category-B seats are filled by the management as per rules.
The selection is based on the rank secured by the candidate in the EAMCET / ECET (FDH) examination conducted by A.P. State Council of Higher Education.
The college had the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. The facilities that I had in classrooms, laboratories, libraries, sports centers, and hostel were not the best in class, but the basic ones. Yes infrastructure were all used and well-maintained.
College have all necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. AC, projector and wifi and they all are well maintained. Living space is very good and the food is hygienic too.The speed of wifi is too good . And the hostel of college is also well furnished.
I am pursuing B-Tech at RVR&JC College of Engineering in the Mechanical Engineering Department. Our college has excellent infrastructure, having more than ten computer labs in our college. Each computer lab consists of more than 50 computers. The classrooms and the washrooms are maintained well. Every class consists of a blackboard and a smartboard. Separate sports facilities are provided for boys and girls. Our canteen offers delicious food and hostels are maintained well.
