The College Canteen is a popular meeting place for students. It serves an array of savory food and a variety of eatables at moderate prices. The canteen has a seating capacity of fifty people. The overall administration of the Canteen is under the supervision of a Canteen Committee drawn by the College governing body.

The college has a large sports ground used for badminton, basketball, volleyball, football, hockey, kabaddi, etc. The college has been excelling in sports for over two decades. Every year the college holds sports events, inter-collegiate matches, and Sports Day. For proper training and grooming of players, the college provides coaching facilities to the players for different games.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college library has been functioning since the inception of the college and has been named as “Shyam Nath Kakkar Library”. The library contains a collection of 27,000 books 27000 as of March 2018. The library subscribes to 50 journals, 30 magazines, and 12 newspapers regularly. The library provides services to the students, teachers, and staff of the college. A reading room with reference books, encyclopedias, magazines, journals, periodicals, and newspapers is open for both the students and staff members. The reading room is also well equipped with sufficient numbers of computers with internet facilities for both teachers and students.

The college has an auditorium that serves as a space for encouraging creativity and fostering communication. S.S. Khanna Girls' Degree College has one of the best auditoriums in Prayagraj „The Pathshala‟. The auditorium can seat about 500 people and has a very advanced light and sound system. It is equipped with a large stage, two green rooms, comfortable chairs, fully carpeted floors, air-conditioners, washrooms, a locker, and a podium.

The college has a Computer learning and training are a necessity in this world of Technology. Girls' at S.S. Khanna Girls' Degree College have the facility to enroll themselves in well-equipped and well-managed Computer Hub run with the help of UPTEC at subsidized rates in the following courses Tally, CCC, and 'O' Level Course. Approximately 130 state-of-the-art machines from IBM, HCL & HP LCD Projectors, and an interactive board are available along with all necessary peripherals. The machines and programs are continuously upgraded to ensure the market relevance of acquired skills. Further, computers with internet connection are available both for students and teachers in the library, staff room, and computer labs. The college library and the computer laboratories have access to advanced web activity with its subscription to E-resources through AU Network that links students and faculty researchers to the databases needed for research.
