  • Club

    Biodiversity Club 

    The Biodiversity Club registered under the district bio diversity board is established in the college to raise awareness, promote understanding, and actively engage in the conservation and protection of biodiversity of the region. The Biodiversity Club has started the preliminary works for sorting the flora and fauna of the campus. To highlight the value of protecting biodiversity, the club has held seminars, field trips to natural camps, day celebrations, projects to supply water to birds during the summer, vegetation campaigns, etc. In collaboration with NSS, the club implemented strategies aimed at preserving the college's peacock habitat and the local agricultural customs. 

    NSS Club 

    The NSS motto, "Not Me, But You," embodies the spirit of democracy and supports the requirement for selfless service. This motto encapsulates the idea that guides the NSS unit of Safa College of Arts and Science, which urges students to adopt an attitude of care for other living things. The unit has Fifty volunteers and coordinates a range of social activities in association with governmental and non-governmental agencies. Grace marks will be awarded based on the number of hours worked in such programs. 

    Health Club

    The health club in the college focuses on creating awareness of the health of the generation by organizing programs for the stakeholders. The club nurtures healthy habits through fitness programs like Yoga and aerobics sessions. The club also organizes Free health camps, Blood donation campaigns, and seminars in association with governmental and non-governmental organizations. 

    Tourism Club 

    The Club is to cultivate the right attitude towards tourism and tourist activities. The club incorporates students’ strengths and potential in the development of tourism within the state through social and cultural exchanges. The club is committed to working towards the long-term goal of establishing tourism as a medium to witness culture, tradition, and geographical essence in and outside the state. In this regard, the club organizes various competitions, orientation programs, field visits, and seminar sessions by eminent persons from the industry. 

    ED club 

    The mission of the ED club is to assist students in becoming entrepreneurs and to cultivate an entrepreneurial attitude. Through club activities, students are encouraged to be creative, inventive, and entrepreneurial. The club offers the information, abilities, and assistance required to pursue creative endeavors and make a positive impact on the corporate world.

    Forestry Club 

    Conservation is necessary to preserve the ecological diversity and our life support systems such as air, water, and soil. In response to the conservationist's demand, The Indian Wildlife (Protection) Act came into action in the year 1972. The Forestry Club, registered under the Kerala Forest and Wildlife Department, dedicates itself to nurturing a profound appreciation for nature education and conservation among students in schools and colleges. This mission is realized through a comprehensive strategy involving the organization of diverse nature conservation activities and immersive nature education camps. These programs function as essential tools for fostering environmental awareness and instilling a profound sense of responsibility towards our natural world. The educational initiatives expose students to the intrinsic value of forests, wildlife, and the fragile ecosystems supporting life on Earth, equipping them with knowledge that encourages them to become stewards of our environment.  

    Skill Club

    The SKILL (Supporting Knowledge and Information through Learning and Leadership) cell is designed to empower students by enhancing their knowledge base and leadership abilities. The SKILL program stands out as a beacon of innovation and practical learning. This initiative is not just about imparting knowledge; it's about molding leaders who can navigate the complexities of the modern world with confidence and competence. Through a curriculum that balances theory with practical application, learners gain insights that transcend textbook knowledge. The program places a strong emphasis on developing both hard and soft skills. From technical prowess in emerging technologies to effective communication and problem-solving, the SKILL program equips students with the tools they need to succeed. The SKILL program fosters leadership qualities through workshops, seminars, and mentorship opportunities.
