Sahyadri Institute of Management and Research, Ratnagiri. The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program here is approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The complete admission process was designed to offer the best combination of national- and state-level entrance examinations so that the aptest candidates get selected. The admission cycle of SIMR usually follows the calendar of academics. Application for the forthcoming session is open during the latter half of the year. The institute accepts scores from various entrance exams. This flexibility is given to aspiring candidates. 

The prime entrance examinations that are considered at the time of admission include MAH CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test), CMAT (Common Management Admission Test), MAT (Management Aptitude Test), and ATMA (AIMS Test for Management Admission).

Application Process

Application Procedure: To gain admission to the MBA at Sahyadri Institute of Management and Research, Ratnagiri: Required Steps:

1. Entrance Examination. Students are asked to take any one of entrance tests-MAH CET, CMAT, MAT, or ATMA. They need to check the date of respective exams and get registered as soon as possible.

4. Application Fee: The candidate needs to pay the application fee as prescribed. The payment methods and fee amount should be checked on the institute's website or admission notification.

5. Submission: Application form with all supporting documents and the receipt of the application fee needs to be sent to the Admission Office, SIMR by the date announced.

6. Verification: The submitted documents by candidates will be verified by SIMR along with entrance exam scores.

7. Shortlisting: The candidates would be shortlisted as per entrance exam scores along with other factors.

8. Shortlisting: Candidates shortlisted for further rounds of selection may be called upon, which might include:

• Group Discussion (GD)
• Personal Interview (PI)

10. Admission Offer: All selected candidates will be offered admission by SIMR.

Degree-Wise Admission Procedure

MBA: The Master of Business Administration program at Sahyadri Institute of Management and Research is a two-year full-time course with an approved intake of 60 students. The admission process for the MBA program is as follows:

1. Candidates must appear for any of the accepted entrance exams: MAH CET, CMAT, MAT, or ATMA.
2. After obtaining the entrance exam scores, candidates need to apply to SIMR through the institute's application process.
3. The short listing of the candidates will be based on entrance exam scores and other criteria specified for that academic year.
