Eligibility Criteria

Candidates passing the Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or any other equivalent board/council (List of the board/councils are listed below) in the last three years (i.e. seeking admission in the year 2018, candidates have to pass 10+2 or equivalent in the year 2018/2017/2016) are eligible to apply for General course with subjects 1. Bengali, 2. English, 3. History, 4. Philosophy, 5. Political Science.6. Santali, 7. Sociology 8. Sanskrit provided that the candidate must have passed in 5(Five)/ 4(Four) (where applicable) recognized subjects including at least one language subject.
