Sardar Patel Subharti Institute of Law, Meerut was established in the year 2002 as a constituent college of the university and is located in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Courses comprise undergraduate programmes like 5 years BA LLB, postgraduate programmes like LLM in full-time and evening classes, and Ph.D. in Law. The institute has several programmes leading to the award of Postgraduate Diploma in special portions of Law like Human Rights Law, Intellectual Property Rights Law, Labour Law, and Patent Practices Law.

The admission process at Sardar Patel Subharti Institute of Law takes place through the University Common Entrance Examination. Candidates applying for BA LLB have to appear for SNET.
