36 MonthsComputational Mathematics involves mathematical research in areas of science and engineering where computing plays an essential role. Some topics of study include developing accurate and efficient numerical methods for solving physical or biological models, analysis of numerical approximations to differential and integral equations, developing computational tools to better understand data and structure, etc.
Students are eligible for B.Sc. (Hons.) degree or B.Sc. By Research degree if they pursue the fourth year.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (X & XII) & Minimum 50% aggregate in PCM/PCB (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics or Biology) at Senior Secondary level (XII).
