College of Engineering Roorkee, Roorkee which is widely renowned as COER Roorkee was established in the year 1998 by Seth Roshan Lal Jain Trust. The college is affiliated to Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun (UTU Dehradun). The COER Roorkee is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). The COER Roorkee offers various courses at the diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate level in full time mode.
