Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with specialization in Electric Mobility and Smart Systems is four years (8 Semester) full-time undergraduate engineering program offered by Jain University, Bangalore.

E mobility deals with the electric powered vehicular systems that focus on the zero carbon and fossil fuel emission. This technology is the need of the hour to protect our earth from global warming and edge through the eco friendly and green environment. Government of India is emphasizing on the electric vehicles through various programs like FAME- Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of Hybrid and Electric Vehicles. The global necessity is also converging towards e- technologies that demand the technologies and innovations in this emerging area.

Jain (Deemed-to-be University) is emerging with this trending technology and offers an undergraduate course with this specialization in e mobility and smart systems to help the students in designing and exploring the opportunities and challenges in implementing this technology. The course is designed with various learning modules including experimental and project based learning to get an experience on the latest industrial traits in this sector. Internships and projects in reputed industries are added features of this new age course.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed with Minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in 12th PUC/ISC/CBSE OR Equivalent Board with Physics and Mathematics as Compulsory Subjects with Chemistry/Electronics/Computer Science /Biology
IB students should get minimum 26 credits to qualify for the course
Cambridge students must study 3 subjects at ‘A’ Level (Advanced level) including Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
Candidates who have completed 12th or equivalent exams or final year students of class XII or its equivalent, awaiting examination results may also apply
NIOS candidates are eligible to apply

College Infrastructure

college have good infrastructure with good facilities and equipment all classrooms have regular traditional board with projectors and the whole campus is equipped with wifi, and the whole campus is kind of well maintained, living spaces are also good and food is average.
