Hello,

If you encounter a message stating "form with same credentials already exist" while filling out your JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) form, it usually indicates that an application with the same personal details (like email, mobile number, or name) has already been registered. Here are the steps you can take to resolve this issue:

  1. Check for Previous Registrations:

    • Ensure that you (or someone else) haven’t already registered for the JEE with the same credentials. Sometimes, if you’ve attempted to register before but didn’t complete the form, it may have saved a partial entry.
  2. Recover Your Existing Application:

    • If you suspect you have already registered, look for a link or option that says "Forgot Password" or "Retrieve Application". This will typically allow you to recover your application using your registered email or mobile number.
    • Follow the instructions provided to reset your password or retrieve your form.
  3. Contact JEE Helpdesk:

    • If you cannot retrieve your form, you should contact the JEE helpdesk or support service. They can assist you in resolving issues related to your registration. Look for a contact number or email on the official JEE website.
  4. Use Different Credentials:

    • If you are unable to recover your previous application and wish to create a new one, you might consider using a different email address or mobile number. However, this is usually not recommended unless you are certain you want a new application.
  5. Keep Documentation Ready:

    • When contacting support, have any necessary documentation ready, such as your previous application details, identity proof, or any communication you received from the JEE regarding your application.
  6. Check Official Notifications:

    • Keep an eye on official announcements or notifications on the JEE website. Sometimes, the authorities provide updates regarding common issues and their resolutions.

Make sure to act quickly, as there may be deadlines for form submission.

Hope it helps !

If you've mistakenly entered your 12th year of passing instead of your 10th in the Postal GDS application, you should contact the helpdesk or support team of the application immediately. Explain your situation clearly and provide any necessary details. They will guide you on how to correct your application. Additionally, if there's an option to edit your application form, look for that in the portal. Make sure to keep a copy of all correspondence for reference.

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing great.

As per your question, after filing the FIR the police consider it for the purpose of further investigation and there is no need of you going there all the time. Also, I advise you to go to your respective boards where you have given the examination and get your certificates. Mostly, the authorities will issue you with the certificates in case if there is a genuine cause.

Hope this helps!

Hello student,

Based on your percentile, it will be tough to get into colleges through the JoSAA Counselling. I suggest you appear for the second attempt to improve your score so that you are able to get top colleges like top core branches in NITs.

However, you do have the option of applying to private colleges. Many private colleges don't base your admission on JEE scores, and the ones that do, many of them don't have a specific fixed cutoff. For reference, you can check out some good private colleges for B.Tech in India in this article: https://engineering.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-private-engineering-colleges-in-gurgaon
