hello there,
To become a cfa you have to pass the Examinations held for CFA. Programme of CFA contains three levels of curriculum, each has its own examination. You have to achieve good or qualified work experience in this field. Complete work experience requirements at least during the completion of CFA programme. You need to submit recommendation or reference letters. Then you have to apply to become a Charter holder.
Hello
With 191 marks your rank must be around 643000.
With this rank the possibility of getting a mbbs college even in management quota nd with fees less than 1 lakh is really slim.
For bam, under SC category you can manage to get a seat with a rank till 500000 but with your rank the chances are not high however I will still recommend you to go for the AYUSH Counselling.
To check out the cutoff ranks of different colleges in Karnataka(including cutoff for AYUSH colleges) you can click on https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka

Hbtu Kanpur is best in both education and placement, hbtu Kanpur have 7 lpa avg while 3lpa for mmm
HBTU- There is good placement in STEP-HBTI. The highest package of batch 2020 is around 10-12 L/annum. Companies like Just Dial, IndiaMart, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, OYO, ITC limited and other big companies visit for placements. For Internship program, there are many companies who visit college. There are very highly educated faculty in STEP-HBTI. Faculty members are very supportive and helpful.
for MMMUT-The package is 5 Lacs. TCS, Wipro, and Infosys are mass recruiters of this University. Amazon, Microsoft, Capgemini, Byju's, Jaro are the hiring companies of the year 2020. 20-30% of students get internship offer in different MNCs. Most of the students in my branch go in IT sector.

Hello,
As per your NEET marks which is 147 you won't be able to get Admission in any medical college. If MBBS/BDS etc is your passion and you want to work in this field I'll recommend you to take a year drop and prepare for NEET 2021 and score good marks in order to be eligible for admission in various medical colleges. You can refer to the NEET knockout plans for your preparation
https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/
For whatever reason if you can't take a year drop then there are others medical courses as well which do not require your NEET score such as biotechnologist, microbiologist, occupational therapist etc. To know more about such courses you can refer to the link below
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/medical-courses-without-neet
My recommendation to you would be to take a year drop and prepare thoroughly for your NEET 2021. People do take multiple tries to crack NEET and it's not a bad thing If you couldn't clear it in your first few tries. If medical is your passion then you should definitely work hard for it.
