Yes, you can give upsc civil services exam. The basic educational eligibility to appear for upsc cse is that a candidate should possess a bachelors degree from a recognized institution. It could be from any stream.
So if you want to go for M.B.B.S for your bachelors you can do that. There is nothing wrong in it.
Infact if you do MBBS and after that apply for upsc you will be on safer side. As upsc is a tough exam and competition is very high even if you can't crack it you will have the other noble career options of your choice.

The steps are:-
1. Firstly go to the official website and login using registration number and password
2. Once NEET 2020 OMR displays. Download it
3. Check if the responses mentioned are indicated correctly or not as per your marking the exam
4. Once the OMR response sheet is verified, take a printout.
5. Open the downloaded NTA NEET 2020 admit card .
6. Tally your responses based on NTA NEET 2020 OMR SHEET and answer key.

You can find your JEE roll number in your admit card.
Visit the official website of JEE Advanced 2020 .
Click on the admit card link
The candidates will be directed to the “Candidate Portal
Candidates have to provide their JEE Advanced 2020 registration number, date of birth and mobile number.
Click on Submit
The admit card will be displayed on the screen.
Candidates are advised to check the JEE Advanced 2020 admit card for any discrepancy, download and print it out.
If the candidates are not able to download their admit card, then they are requested to contact the Chairman, JEE Advanced 2020 of their respective co-ordinating zonal IIT.

No, it's not a wrong step to take civil engineering in NIT warangal. NITs are one of the prestigious colleges of India after IITs . NITs warangal have a good placements records as compared to many others NITs with many more international recruiters . Now if you are looking at decline in jobs and all that it's depends on you to be the best in what you are . But the NIT warangal is a great college if you are still unsatisfied with your decision than it's better to change your field .
First of all it's good to look somebody so clear about it's future . To be an IAS officer you need to complete your bachelor degree and later that start your preparation for IAS like which subjects you are going to consider for the exam. Preparation is the only key for IAS. After Bachelor degree you are eligible for IAS exam just be update about the forms and the rules . Nothing special you need . As you have completed your graduation, you should pursue LLB for which eligibility criteria is passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 45% marks and in case reserved category it's 40%. Universities like DU and BHU require minimum 50% marks while universities like Kurukshetra, Rohtak, Meerut require only 45% marks in graduation.
Admission varies among universities, for some it's based on the merit of the qualifying examination while in case of thers entrance tests are conducted for the same.

The infrastructure of our college is too good ,intire each class for different trade with air conditioning.Clean Canteen,library,WiFi facility are available .the hostel facility are providing only for girls
The college is having all the necessary facilities, infrastructure and equipment which is needed by one. It is wholly built in greenary but the classrooms are not that much spacious. The Library of the college is good having necessary books but if I want to refer another option then it is not present. The living spaces are clean as the college is built in green environment.
