SCT Polytechnic was established in 2000 at Bengaluru – the technological capital of Karnataka and one of the fastest-growing cities in India. This is an AICTE approved polytechnic which is spread over a large area of 5 acres and it has a lot of programmes and courses ranging in diploma in different fields of engineering. SCT Polytechnic allows for this with a total student-intake capacity of 166 students, and a faculty count of 39 teachers. The institute provides five degrees of diploma courses and take three years each to train students in a particular field of engineering. This is apparent in its state of the art facilities and practical based on technical education.

These courses cover virtually all fields of engineering to accommodate everyone’s needs and dreams for the future. Last year total approved intake capacity in all the courses of the institute was 252. Though the number of graduates has not been disclosed, emphasis on professional education and training with regard to both vocational and market skills again provides a force of qualified professionals in the sector of technical workforce.
