Affiliated college SES College, Sreekandapuram was founded in 1981, is located in Kannur, Kerala. This reputed college is situated in 25 acres of a land and it opened 19 different courses in 8 different degree programs. SES College proudly boasts a student to facutly ratio of 15:1 even though the college has a total of 973 students and a staff of 64 faculty members. It is affiliated to the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) to ensure quality education is provided. Almost all students enrolled at Jefferson are female with totals of 606 female students out of 375 male students, showing a coupe attempt at a more diverse gender ratio for college enrollment.

The college provides amenities that add quality of learning of its students as follows. it a centre for information, empowered with an automated system, and various academic materials. In the course of this study, technologically-crested students can benefit from well-developed computerized laboratories with internet connections and network outlets within the college. 

This the headed outdoor volleyball and basketball facilities shall be of help to sports enthusiasts. The college also has a seminar hall having sleek facilities of audio visual aids for breaking edge seminars and formal meetings. The students need equipment are fulfilled by a cafeteria and a cooperative society, while the college has a girls’ hostel with an occupancy of about 25 students thus promoting community living.

SES College consists of 15 undergraduate and 4 postgraduate courses available at the college. Most of these are full – time programmes and total clientele enrolment stands at 973 for all courses offered. In the current academic year 2022 different course group of the college graduated with 961 students of which 93% graduated under undergraduate and 7% under post graduate level. The college has courses on almost all fields of study ensuring that students with any interest and goal in their future has a course to take.

SES College admission policy is open, and all students who meet the qualifications recommended by the college are accepted. However, as much as the relevant tests are not stipulated, a general admission process is admitted through the college for different courses. However, it is important to point out that the college provides scholarship to deserving students in their college. In the academic year 2022, 455 undergraduate student and 22 postgraduate student underwent reimbursements proving the institution’s efforts towards the accessibility of education.
