The infrastructure is not quite good and the facility is average I can say and the equipments are used by so many peoples that is often become of no use for other students and its quite being old also so the overall structure of my college is not satisfactory.
I am currently pursuing my career in psychology honours I do have a great interest in researching and analysing human behaviour . The teaching quality is also quite good as the teachers provide us sufficient notes and lecture that makes us easier for understanding .
I did not have a good experience about the placement as I am the fresher in this college but as I spend time in this college I got to knew that they do some sort of seminar to encourage students to just apply and learn skills for their placement purpose the guide us for the placement and for the resume since CV and for interviews too. As the promise to give us the full placement and job I think they are doing their best.
In conclusion I will just like to say every college has advantages and disadvantages to but this college have a great advantages as you know this is a girls college and being a girl college the environment is quite suitable for all the girls this is safe and secure in this campus wish you definitely not gonna find in a co-ed college.
The campus was very broad yet old considering its a government campus. It didn’t have much inside campus to engage students. It had a library and various classrooms and that’s it. The cafeteria was never functional. Each subject had it own individual building.
I was doing BA(Hons) in Psychology and the department was great. The teachers were great and supportive. The curriculum was up to date and enhancing and engaging. I honestly feel in love with the subject because of the curriculum and the faculty support. They provided top class quality in academics.
There was no scenario of placements, it was mostly like once you complete your course you fall into masters or so on. There wasn’t anything as such for placement. There’s an absence of placement committees.
If you’re focused into having a graduation certificate where you know what you’re doing and you have a grasp of your subject then it’s honestly value for money.
It was okayish for me, not much great or anything, but the only thing which kept me going was the keen interest in learning and studying. There’s nothing much in student engaging activities.
SBWAC has a learning curve and if that’s what you’re looking for then go on.
The hostel infrastructure was not so good. The mess food was not so satisfying. The library was excellent and all books were available. Our labs were good and you could learn all the technologies. Overall the infrastructure is very nice.
Our teachers were very supportive and experienced. They could clear a student's doubt without any hesitation. They were well aware that they were assisting students in learning new technologies. The curriculum and syllabus is also up to date.
In the university the placement department was good. The salary offered to the students was satisfying. Our seniors also got the best placement. Students got internship from college. Around 60 % students got placed in different reputed companies.
Studying in the Shailabala college is totally worth the money as the program fees is relatively low and affordable in comparison to other colleges, it's because of its a government regulated college and one can complete the courses within 40k - 50k depending upon the courses.
The college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. We had well furnished classrooms, laboratories, libraries, hostels in our college. And they all are well maintained. The living spaces are clean and the food is hygienic.
I was pursuing my graduation in education hons there. The quality of teaching was nice there. Yes my curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. Yes of course, what I have studied there makes me job ready.
The quality of placement is not good there. No such reputed company comes for campus selection. The percentage of students were placed is very minimal. The average salary offered is 15K per month. The college is not support in placement.
The course cost 1200 per year
The college campus is very pleasant and the main attraction is our pool view. The location of the college is in the market, which is on of the plus points. And yes it is safe. You can handle emergencies also.
The college environment is nice.
