Degree wise Admission Process
B.Pharma: The Shastry Institute of Pharmacy has an approved intake of 100 seats in the Bachelor of Pharmacy program. Admission to the B.Pharma program is through two channels: 80% of seats are filled through the DTE CAP Rounds, and the remaining 20% are filled at the institute level based on merit. The candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics to be eligible for this 4-year program.
D. Pharma The no. of seats under D Pharma programme are 60 The same process like the case with B. Pharma the intake into the institute under D. Pharma are handled at the 80 % institute level whereas at the remaining 20% by the institutes directly in CAP Rounds merit-based 2-year diploma for the candidate having completed his /her 10 +2 level examination from recognized Board and the requisite science group subjects.
