Shirdi Sai Rural Institute's Arts, Science and Commerce College was established in the year 1997. This institute is located under the Rahata region of Maharashtra, which is an affiliated college under NAAC having accreditation to serve several programs spread across arts, science, and commerce streams. The campus area is about 21 acres. In terms of total enrolment of students, it has 1,052 students with relatively gender-balanced reach as 1,050 male and 1,154 female students enrolled. For the health of its students, the college conducts medical examination compulsorily, and all their medical needs are taken care by the nearby Rural Hospital, Rahata.

The institute offers education in the full-time mode only in some disciplines. Undergraduate programs are three in numbers, BA, B.Com, and B.Sc that take 3 years. The master's programs include 6 specializations: MA in Hindi, Economics, and Geography; M.Com in Business Administration and Advance Accountancy; and M.Sc in Organic Chemistry 2 years.
