Shirdi Sai Rural Institute's Arts, Science and Commerce College, Rahata offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses under the arts, science, and commerce streams. The college follows the merit list of the university for its admissions and also complies with the rules and regulations as framed by the University of Pune and Government of Maharashtra.
The admission cycle follows the calendar of the University of Pune. The marks obtained in the qualifying examination form the basis of admissions to the college for its different programs.
Students with a successful completion of 10+2 from a recognized board are eligible for undergraduate programs like BA, B.Com, B.Sc. Degree wise Admission Process
B.A., B.Com, and B.Sc: These three-year undergraduate programs make up the primary offering of the college. These are offered at entrance based on the marks of the 12th standard or its equivalent examination. Various specializations in these programmes allow the institution to cater to diversified academic interests.
M.A. (Hindi, Economics, Geography): These two-year postgraduate programs in humanities and social sciences are available for students who have completed their bachelor's degree in the relevant or allied subjects. Admission is based on the marks obtained in the qualifying bachelor's degree examination.
M.Com (Business Administration and Advance Accountancy): The college offers two specializations in its two-year M.Com program. The candidates having a B.Com degree or equivalent are eligible for this course. It is selected strictly on the basis of merit in the undergraduate program.
M.Sc (Organic Chemistry): It is a postgraduate two-year science program offered to those candidates who have B.Sc degree in Chemistry or other relevant fields. The admission process takes place through the marks scored by the students in the bachelor's degree examination.
