The library is provided with a multi-media system to refer to the latest CDs related to engineering and other informative subjects.“An Open Access” system is used for all the students and the staff of the institution. This system enables the students to use it to the fullest. The fully computerized Central Library is placed in a 400 m2 area. The Library uses the SLIM -21 software package which is an integrated multi-user library management system that supports all in-house operations of the Library. The SLIM-21 consists of modules on acquisition, cataloging, circulation, and OPAC. The database of books available in the Library is being updated on a day-to-day basis with details of recently acquired books. A barcoding system is used to issue and return the books. The college has Sports activities at the institute level that are organized every year in the first week of January without disrupting our academics. students are being encouraged to participate in sports, game competitions, and fitness activities. Special coaching is given to our students b Physical education e)pert to compete at the university level. zonal level, state level . and even national level. Outstanding student performers are being felicitated and given special awards during the Sports Day celebrations.
