Shree Vashista College of Education is situated at Karimnagar, Telangana, it is an affiliated college to carry out the education of the future teachers. This co-educational institute was initiated in 2007 and has been training teaching professionals for more than ten years. The college is located in a very small piece of land of 0.29 acres and with 191 students enroled in the college it provides niche learning environment. Balancing the student and teacher ratio, the institute currently has a faculty team of 16 people that provide good quality education to the students. The Shree Vashista College of Education has been registered and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education NCTE and has to adhere to a set standard of the training of teachers.

There are many amenities in the Shree Vashista College of Education that are aimed at improving learning environment of the students. A library: a collection of knowledge provisions containing the necessary information for students who want to become teachers. The facility also includes department specific laboratories which help support practical formations and instructional experiences. To enhance the student’s extra curriculum activities and other occasions an auditorium is present to promote an active student lifestyle. They promote gymnastics among students and team spirit among students. The college also strives to promote student health whereby the college has a health centre where students receive first aid. A cafeteria on the school compound is provided for meals for the students and members of the staff, and a guest house for the visiting faculty personnel and other family members of the students.

The course offered by Shree Vashista College of Education is limited to only one major course at present namely the Bachelors in Education (B.ed) . It is a two-year full time course with the main purpose of preparing students for a teaching profession. This college has an approved intake capacity of one hundred seats for this programme , which only indicates the ability of this college to molds a number of future educators each and every year. This approach of specialisation is beneficial to the institution to be able to deliver quality teacher education.
