Shri Sambhaji College of Pharmacy, Nanded Admission Process

Shri Sambhaji College of Pharmacy, Nanded, is such an institution young enough to promise excellence in pharmacy education. The institute provides easy and transparent admissions to the candidates seeking admission to the colleges. This institute was in the city of Nanded, Maharashtra, and very soon it was popular in its pharmacy programs.

Admission at Shri Sambhaji College of Pharmacy is done based on entrance exams. The college has two major scores: the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MAHA CET). Generally, these exams are conducted every year; NEET occurs in May while MAHA CET occurs in April.

Application Process

Shri Sambhaji College of Pharmacy has designed its application process in a simple manner that can reach every eligible candidate. Here's how you should proceed step by step in applying for this course:

1. Entrance Exam: The candidates must appear for the entrance exam as per their eligibility either in NEET or MAHA CET (MHT-CET). Score a minimum of the minimum scores specified by the college.

2. Application Form: Once the entrance exam results are announced, eligible candidates can obtain the application form. This may be available on the college website or at the admission office.

3. Form Filling: Complete the application form with accurate personal and academic details. Ensure all required fields are filled, and the information provided matches your official documents.

4. Submission of all the document attached for submitting the application form. These usually are:

  • • Marksheets of 10th and 12th
  • • Scorecard of entrance exam conducted by NEET or MHT-CET
  • • Birth certificate of date
  • • Category certificate, in case any
  • • Some colleges will demand other certificates as well. So, be prepared for that

5. Application Fee: The college would communicate the amount and mode of paying the application fee.

6. Submission: Fill up all your details, attached all relevant documents, and the application fee. Submit your completed application to the college admissions office or via online portal determined by the college.

7. Merit List: The college shall prepare a merit list with due consideration for the entrance examination result and other norms set under the admission policy.

8. Counseling: The shortlisted candidates may be called for a counseling session in order to choose his or her preferred course of D.Pharma or B.Pharma based on merit rank and seat availability.

9. Admission Confirmation: After seat allotment, candidates need to confirm admission by paying the required fees and submitting any additional document as requested by the college.

10. Orientation: Orient the admitted students of the orientation program of the college and starting dates of classes.

Degree wise Admission Process

D. Pharma: It is a two-year full-time course conducted at Shri Sambhaji College of Pharmacy. The college admits 60 candidates directly on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the qualifying examination that is, 10 +2 and also valid entrance test score.

B.Pharma The Bachelor of Pharmacy course is an undergraduate program. The B.Pharma intake for the course is based on MHT-CET and NEET score. In the admission process, it has been mentioned that "Admission is done based on the Required MHT-CET / NEET non-zero score." B.Pharma: The approved intake of the college for the course B.Pharma is 100 seats.
