College has necessary infrastructure, classroom are air conditioned clean and have smart board. Comfortable seats. The building is shared by 2-3 other colleges and so is the library. But library was good enough to accommodate a lot of people and is accessible till 9 pm so it was a great facility for studying during exam, I used to go study there to prepare for CAT.
nm college offers modern infrastructure with AC classrooms, well equiped labs and a spacious two floor AC library with wifi and laptop plug in facility. it has multiple canteens and a gymkhana for sports.
College has a decent infrastructure and it’s neat and clean. Location wise it’s accessible by all modes. Students faculties are all good. It’s safe area for students. Though strict on attendance for students some students find it difficult

The answer to you question if you ask in simple words is NO. You can not take transfer in second year from one university to another, you will have to reappear for admission test and procedures and start all again if from first year if you really want
