Shubhdeep has 45 faculty members and the university offers 6 courses in 2 degrees programmes, focusing on a number of related fields in Ayurvedic medicine. BAMS programme have sanctioned strength of 60 seats while MD programmes in Kayachikitsa and Rasa Shastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana, Ayurved Samhita & Siddhanta, Rognidan & Vikriti Vigyan, Panchakarma each have 5 sanctioned seats.
