Sinhgad Institute of Management Placement Process 

• Sinhgad Institute of Management (SIOM) Pune organises placement drives every year for its final-year students.

• The Sinhgad Institute of Management placement cell invites the companies for campus placements.

• After recruiting companies agree the cell fixes the dates to conduct the placement drive. Then the SIOM placement schedule is made and shared among the students.

• Interested candidates have to register to participate in the drive.

• Sinhgad Institute of Management shortlists the candidates based on academic requirements such as a minimum percentage, no backlogs, or any other criteria as demanded by the recruiters.

• Companies deliver a pre-placement talk for the shortlisted students.

• The companies then take tests in order to judge the knowledge, skills, and IQ of the students.

• After qualifying for the test, the candidates participate in Group Discussions (GD).

• After GD, the final stage of the Sinhgad Institute of Management placement process is a personal interview (PI). 

• The selected students are then offered a job and an offer letter comprising all the necessary details.
