It is a very good college with very reasonable fees but there is no diploma in architecture in this college.
There are only B.arch and M.arch courses in this college.

If you aspire to do architecture in sir jj college,you must have +2 passed and good score in NATA and get admission in B.arch.
There are only B.arch and M.arch in Sir jj college.

Sorry to say but there is no Diploma in architecture in Sir Jj college of architecture, Mumbai.

There are bachelor's of architecture and masters of architecture degree available in Sir Jj college of architecture, Mumbai.

There are 67 number of seats for B.Arch and 12 number of seats available for M.Arch.

This year cut off of this college is not released yet. I can say the previous year cut off of that college. Here the last year cut off,

1. General Candidate - 150.2
2. OBC candidate - 148.46
3. SC candidate - 128.69
4. ST candidate - 116.46

For B.Arch admission, the eligibility of that student,

50% marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry , Mathematics and in English.

As per reviews and resources we get to know following details--

Majority of the students opt for hostel facility. Students can also opt for PG as per their economic background. The hostel rooms are government facilitated. The rooms are shared by two students. The hostel fees include one time snacks (around 4:00 PM ) and dinner.

The fees are extremely feasible at about rupees 5,000 per annum. This does not include the mess fees. The mess is not very hygienic and students prefer eating elsewhere most of the time. The quality of infrastructure can be improved and currently is under average.

There is no on campus hostel facility at Sir JJ College of Architecture.
But there are provisional hostel for boys and girls.
For boys:Near marine lines
For girls:SPMC hostel at Charni road
Both these hostels are 5-10 min distance from college.

Sir JJ College of Architecture offers BArch at UG level. Candidates need to appear for NATA/JEE Main for admission in BArch at in this college.

Eligibility criteria :

NATA/JEE Main

Passed 12 ^th with a minimum of 50% with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as the main subjects

Seats intake : 67

The cutoff for B . Arch courses is about 50% of the total marks. Above 70% and you can get a seat in one of the finest institutions in India
