Sir Theagaraya College is one of the oldest college in the Chennai was started in 1950 located in Tamilnadu. This affiliated college located in a 4.5 acre area has been catering to the academic needs for more than seventy two years. Having been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Sir Theagaraya College provides a large number of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies. A total of 1646 students and faculty of 112 assure a proper environment for education in the college. At present, the institution provides 28 courses under 9 different degree programmes covering Arts, Science, Commerce, and Computer applications fields.
