SKS College of Education, Kurukshetra Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a well-stocked library with a large no. of books and many national reference books to enhance the knowledge of our Pupil-Teachers. There is a good collection of CDs and VHS Video-tapes in the audio-visual section of the library as well. We believe that a good library is very effective in widening the horizon of the students, keeping them entertained, educated and well informed. There are 9,605 books on Education and other subjects. The library subscribes to 7 journals.

The college has a big & attractive playground and sport room. The sports room is well equipped with all the essentials for our students. It is equipped with volleyball and Badminton net. Games and Sports are compulsory for all the students. Provision has, therefore, been made for Indoor and Outdoor games and sports in the supervision of qualified lecturer in physical education according to the new NCTE norms. Every student must participate in one of the outdoor games.

The college has a hi-tech, state of the art computer laboratory. The aim of computer technology is to get the students acquainted with the latest information in computer technology.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The College has a newly language lab with modern equipments has been setup in the college to improve the linguistic skill like listening, speaking, understanding and excellent presentation among the B.Ed pupil teachers under the guidance of the experienced language experts and hired professionals.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
