Sobhasaria library has an area of 1200 Sq ft, thus providing easy access to the students. The library has an E-library, a reading section/room, a Journal section, a Separate common room for staff, an Accession Counter, a Newspaper reading section, a Book bank section, and a dump section. Library can accommodate as many as 100 students at a time thus benefiting a large no. of students at the same time. Working hour extends up to 10 hours daily on working and examination days and 6 hours during holidays. The layout of the library has a very good ambience having individual reading carrels, a lounge area for borrowings, and relaxed reading corners. There is a special IT zone offered by the institution catering to the needs of the students providing easy access to e-resources. The institution has a laid-out floor plan ensuring easy access to the students and teachers. The textbooks are arranged in different sections on the ground floor related to different streams. Proper signage systems offering prominent display signs are available.

Laboratories are stimulating places for students who need to practice their hands-on experiments. The Physics, Chemistry & Biology, Mathematics, Drawing, and other Laboratories at Sobhasaria College are well-equipped modern laboratories for specific subjects to enhance the practical skills of the students.

Sobhasaria College provides a separate hostel facility for boys. Each hostel is well equipped with amenities such as a reading room, an indoor games room, a gymnasium, a guest house for parents, and a dining hall with a mess. Each room has organized shelves duly prepared to suit the academic needs of the students. Code of Conduct for the students has been prescribed on the Notice Boards of each hostel. The proctor with its board has close vigilance on the activities of the students for all regulatory and welfare matters for the hostels. Separate Wardens have been recruited to support the Proctor in the decision-making process. Also, senior faculty members are appointed to pay regular visits in Silence Hours to monitor the actual study time in the hostels.

The gymnasium has always been a center of attraction for the students, as it is open for all in the morning and evening. Students work out here at their convenience in the quoted time under the supervision of a gym trainer and dietician. The primary aim of this facility is to make future aspirants physically and mentally fit so that they can develop their personalities all around.

Sports and other physical activities are very essential in maintaining fitness, enhancing confidence levels, and developing an individual’s personality. To provide the students of SGI with every opportunity to grow as individuals and as a team, we have a global-level sports environment supported by both indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The institute has dedicated space for court- and ground-based games like Table Tennis, badminton, basketball, volleyball, and cricket. Under the guidance of the sports officer and physical instructor, students are motivated to utilize their leisure time for sports exercise and participate in various intercollegiate and university-level tournaments.
