• Include any activities where you took on or were given responsibility in the personal area. They can be ongoing or long-term tasks, or they can be one-time or short-term responsibilities.
• Include any obligations you took on that were not part of your KRAs or job description in the professional section. They may be in charge of obligations above your classification due to a lack of staff, unique projects/initiatives you initiated or were assigned to you, or planning events at your business.

In all circumstances, use the description to put the scope/importance of duty, your role, and the quality of the output into context.

Unfortunately this year, the SPJIMR Mumbai is not accepting the XAT scores to give admission to the candidates. It will be based on CAT( Common Admission Test) and GMAT ( Graduate Management Admission Test) this year. The institution gives higher emphasis on other quality parameters in it's admission process rather than merely on entrance exam scores.

Product development companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, Ola and many others gave lucrative offers to the students of SPJIMR this year. On an overall placement statistics were fantastic. Average salary offered was 26 LPA and highest salary offered was 46 LPA.

SPJAT or S P Jain Aptitude Test is a management entrance exam conducted by S P Jain School of Global Management.  It’s an online test of 1 hour duration carrying around 46 questions. The SPJAT 2021 exam covers topics such as General Awareness, Logical and Reasoning Ability, Mathematics, Current Affairs, Business Awareness, etc. The institute also accepts CAT and GMAT scores for admission into its management programmes.

You can't update your SPJIMR application once you've submitted it. You sure can use your CAT scores In order to get admission in the institution but you can update anything once you've submitted the form through online mode. So make sure not to make any mistakes when you are filling out the form.

Generally for all the management college for 2 year Mba , work experience of 3 years will have positive marks. If you have work experience of more than 3 years then you should opt for executive MBA program. The same is the case with Spjain. There are few students in Spjain who have 4 years of experience for 2 year program. They don't have work experience limit but you should have maximum of 3 years of experience for getting good marks. Having more than 3 years of experience will not help you much if you are going for 2 year program in Spjain.

In operations field you must need to know six Sigma to eliminate efficiencies in system. Most of the colleges including spjain will have it's parts in their curriculum but it's better to have some pre-requisite knowledge of six Sigma. Try to learn it as soon as possible. There are plenty of free resources available on Google from which you can learn and earn six Sigma certificates.

You have to create an impact on readers with your essay and remember a great leader is a great learner who learns from his/her experiences and improvises his character.

• Your definition of Adversity. What type of situations you define as adverse.
• How did you react, overcome, and manage such situations.
• Did it impact your personality? If yes, how did you improve.
