Sree Narayana Institute Of Medical Sciences facilities include a separate boys hostel facility. The hostel facilities include security and basic needs which satisfy the student’s need.

The institute offers a separate girl's hostel facility on campus. The SNIMS Ernakulam hostel facilities include a cafeteria, library, and many other facilities.

The SNIMS Ernakulam provides medical services to students and employees. On campus, medical centre facilities include 24-hour emergency and casualty services, ambulance services, a blood bank, a 24/7 pharmacy, modern operation theatres, radiology, and many other facilities.

The institute facilities include an established small gymnasium with an internal source to cater to the needs of the gym. The students and employees on campus can utilise the gym facility during their leisure time.

The college has a Library is located in the Administrative block. It offers access to an invaluable collection of Medical Books, Journals, Videos, and CD/DVDs. The library has new and updated reference materials. The library is computerized, which makes it easy to access relevant information.. Library functions throughout the year from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm on all days except during national holidays. On Sundays, the library is open from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. The central library is equipped with 8433 Books, 4508 titles, 1108 Bound volumes, 108 Journals, 300 CDs, 4 Newspapers. It has access to online databases and e-journals. The library is using the ‘Koha’ 20.11 version for managing all day-to-day library activities. The library has a total area of 1600sq.m. spread on the first floor of the Academic block. The central library is air-conditioned.  

The college has top sports facilities that include Basketball Court, Football Court & Badminton Court. A qualified physical instructor gives support and required guidance and supervises all activities. 

The institute has good IT Infrastructure facilities for the students. The institute provides modern technology and high-speed internet on campus.

The institute facilities include an auditorium which is utilised to organise professional activities like lectures, webinars, seminars, presentations, and many other events.
