SVCET Srikakulam Facilities

Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology, Etcherla provides many infrastructural facilities for the students and faculty. SVCET has a library with a collection of books, separate hostels for boys and girls, and medical facilities for an emergency.

SVCET Srikakulam also provides transport facilities for the local students and staff, a canteen to serve food to the students, and sports facilities. Other facilities like banking, internet, etc are also available for them.

Boys Hostel
SVCET Srikakulam has separate hostels for boys and girls. It has a dining hall and kitchen store. A Badminton court is also available for the students.
Girls Hostel
SVCET Srikakulam has separate hostels for boys and girls. Special safety for female candidates is provided at the hostel.
Medical/Hospital
We have a FIRST AID centre in our college. Well-experienced pharmacists will be available all the time. All medicines and required first aid items are always available in the centre.
Library
The Central Library has been established since the inception of the college in the year 2008. The Library has a vast collection of 15,583 volumes (Books) with nearly 2,208 Titles in all the disciplines (U.G & P.G Courses), Dissertation/Projects, Research Papers and articles spanning over the last eight years. In addition, the Library subscribed e-journals through DELNET consortia nearly 1165 full-text online journals available and 22 printed technical National & Inter-National Journals subscribed directly from publishers and also 10 General Magazines, 10 Newspapers are available. The Library is fully automated with bar-code technology and New Gen Lib software is being used for bibliography data of books and periodicals for the generation of bar-codes. The library provides Net-based service to the students and faculty
Sports
Sports build good habits, confidence, and discipline. They make players into community leaders and teach them how to strive for a goal, handle mistakes, and cherish growth opportunities.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. We have high-speed well-equiped Internet System on our campus. 24 x 7 high-speed internet is available.
Cafeteria
We have a good canteen with a good government inside the campus. Students can get food and snacks at any time in college hours. All kinds of food and starters with taste and quality are available. Morning tiffins and Lunchtime meal always available in the canteen.
Auditorium
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminar
Transport Facility
As per the directions of the principal the transport committee is formed with the following members. The committee will look after the issues related to students transportation.
Alumni Associations
The college has good networking for the alumni association.
Laboratories
The college has departmental based laboratories facility for the students.

You haven't mentioned your category considering that you belong to general category you have decent chances of getting seat in the following disciplines in SRI VENKATESWARA COLLEGE OF ENGG. AND TECHNOLOGY

Civil Engineering: 104250
Electrical and Electronics Engineering: 130056
Mechanical Engineering: 126026

The above mentioned is the cut off in 2019 for general category.
