Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Travel and Tourism is a three-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by St Joseph's College of Commerce, Bangalore and affiliated to Bangalore University, Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria

It is mandatory for all candidates seeking admission to the 1st year of the degree course to have successfully completed 12 years of Schooling through an examination conducted by a Board/University. Mandatory eligibility for the Programme is a pass at the +2 level (ISC/CBSE/ other state boards/International Board and Karnataka PU Board) in any stream of Commerce or Science.from any recognized boards from India or abroad.

Admission Details

Entrance Examination (Round 1 & Round 2)

The Entrance Examination for the Bachelor of Commerce (Travel & Tourism) Programme will be conducted in the online mode in two sessions. The first session of entrance examination (Round 1 & Round 2) is scheduled in the month of April, 2022 and the second session of entrance examination (Round 1 & Round 2) in the month of May, 2022.

Round 1: St. Joseph’s Commerce Aptitude Test (SCAT)
The candidates will be tested in the areas of Basic Accounts, Basic Math, Logical Reasoning and Current Affairs. The entrance exam paper will be for 50 marks consisting of 50 multiple choice questions (MCQs) for one mark each. The examination will be for a duration of one hour.

SCAT Question Paper Pattern:
Section A: Basic Accounts and Basic Math.
Section B: Logical reasoning and Current Affairs

Guidelines:
• Section A will consist of 30 questions and Section B will consist of 20 questions.
• All questions are compulsory
• There will be no negative marking
Provisionally Selected candidates for Round 2 will be intimated through applicant login/E-mail.

Round 2: Assessment of Subject Knowledge
Candidates shortlisted from Round 1 will be called for Round 2 and will be assessed on the subject knowledge of the candidate in the core areas. Candidates are required to attend the online subject knowledge round along with E-admit card in formal attire.
Provisionally Selected candidates for Personal Interview will be intimated through applicant login/E-mail.

College Infrastructure

Yes the college has all the required infrastructure and the facilities are very good and the equipment is to notch and the library and the sports centres are very good and the wifi is available through out campus and the living space is very clean and hygiene

It is a really good place for both academic and culturals.

SJCC has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment including well-furnished classrooms that are completed equipped with the students requirements. Everything is utilised and well-maintained.

College Infrastructure

Yes , the college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. The class room has a projector and a black board and also it’s Wi-Fi services are amazing. Library and computer labs are very well maintained n is easily accessible to students and teachers. Yes , they are very clean.
