Stani Memorial College of Engineering and Technology (SMCET) was set up in 2000 and is an affiliate of Rajasthan University College situated in Jaipur, India. Located in a 120 acre complex, SMCET provides the approval technical education of AICTE, All India Council for Technical Education, offering various engineering courses. Admission to SMCET is compatible with AICTE guidelines and is mainly focused on JEE-Main scores and the REAP system. First year B.Tech eligibility includes pass in 12th standard with 45% aggregate marks with Mathematics, Physics as mandatory subjects and any one of Chemistry/Computer Science /Bio-Technology/ Biology. It also has a system of direct admission into second year B.Tech programmes for diploma candidates and B.Sc. graduates, 20% extra seats in all disciplines being available in this stream.
